Hi, I'm Jason, owner of Beach Bum Estate.

I've been a Tampa Bay Realtor for over 10 years and have spent the last 8+ years in hospitality. After owning and managing multiple Airbnb properties, I sold them all to focus exclusively on Beach Bum Estate so I could create something truly special rather than spread myself too thin.

This peaceful, family-run estate is my version of retirement. My family and I live on the property, and I genuinely enjoy maintaining the grounds, improving the guest experience, and welcoming visitors from around the world. It doesn't feel like work—it feels like sharing a little slice of Florida paradise.

A few things to know about me:
• I believe in under-promising and over-delivering.
• I take care of my mom and two handicapped brothers.
• I probably spend too much time making the property better.
• The iron and I are still not on speaking terms, but I promise the sheets are clean. 😄
